Is not the cheapest store ever but they have what you need at the time you need it, so I am becoming an AH fan; and don't forget to ask for your bonus card (without it, you won't have any discounts).
They have plenty of international products, don't forget to check the Mexican ...they had 1€ tortillas (real ones)
Did not accept any international card, the cashier very much not helping and very rude. At the end she just ask "are you going to pay or not?" Thats when im still discussing what items to be left out because we only have €20 cash, and the amount to be paid €20.8
Very bad experience even though all the stuff there is good.
3 stars for the store as it was surprisingly large and well stocked for what I needed to take back to my hotel across the street. Zero stars for not accepting internationally accepted credit cards. I don't want their private label debit card.
They lost out on a 50 Euro sale. In my view, that would have covered the fees on 1500 in sales. How short-sighted this seems.
Someone else will get my business. I won't go to this chain again because I don't carry cash. I shouldn't have to.
Good supermarket, clean, well stocked and friendly, expensive though but then having a cool Sushi bar inside might offset tha pain of high prices? Not really but the Sushi chef is excellent. Cheers!
The lady at the service desk was super rude! Came in cause I lost my transport card, which has my face on it, and she insisted to show her a form of ID which I didn’t have at the moment. She got super offended because I said “it’s ridiculous” that they would ask something like that, they can recognise it’s mine because it literally has my picture on it. She threw at me my card and told me to leave. Bah. Should be fired.
They don’t accept Mastercard, Visa, Amex, or even debit cards here, which can be quite inconvenient. The staff’s explanation of this policy was a bit lacking and could have been more helpful. Unfortunately, there was no clear signage inside to alert customers about this policy until they were at the checkout and attempting to pay with a credit card. However, there is an ATM conveniently located inside the supermarket for those who need to withdraw cash. Beware of this!
They have nice supermarkets, but international master card they don’t accept !
The three stars is for the large stock.
The zero star is for the service - the staffs at the cashier will never remember to smile at the customers
